The President of the Association of Photographic Artists from Rzeszow Jerzy Skiba, after thanking the organizer for the opportunity to present himself to the visiting public, emphasized in his speech "I hope that this exhibition in Oradea will initiate a successful and fruitful cooperation, based on the slogan: " Photography connects people", has its own specific language, which is very universal and easy to understand, regardless of the country or culture the author comes from. I hope that our photos will demonstrate this in this way and, despite the language barrier, will communicate to everyone, both Poles and Romanians alike". It has become a tradition for the International Association of "Euro Photo Art" (AIEFA) to organize every year, under the auspices of the International Federation of Photographic Art (recognized by UNESCO), an international exhibition of photographers, dedicated to International Women's Day. The organizing partners of the International Salon of Photographic Art entitled "Woman" were the Museum of the Land of Crișuri, through the Oradea City Museum section, as well as the Japanese multinational company Summit Agro Romania, a company that provides farmers with technology and Japanese experience for rich harvests. and healthy eating. Photographers from the 62 AIEFA Partner Organizations in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, who sent 180 images for selection, were invited to participate in the 8th edition of the exhibition entitled "The Woman". The curator of the Association selected from the recorded images 72 photos of a high artistic outfit made by the photographer artists from Europe: Italy, Serbia, Slovakia, Malta, Romania and Hungary; Middle East: Saudi Arabia and Asia: India and Japan respectively. The opening of the international exhibition took place on Tuesday, March 8, 2022, at 16:00 in the Gallery "Euro Photo Art, FIAP Exhibition Center Oradea - Romania, within the Museum of the Land of Crișurilor, Oradea City Museum section, in the presence of a large audience, mostly represented of ladies, who were greeted with red tulips, the universal symbol of love and peace. The opening was posted online on the Facebook page of the International Association: https://www.facebook.com/EuroFotoArtAssociation. The participants were greeted by Dr. Ioan Ciorba, head of the Oradea City Museum, who appreciated the special role that women play in our lives, especially in a family, and welcomed the initiative to celebrate International Women's Day by an international exhibition of photographers. Next, the photographer Ștefan Tóth István AFIAP, ESFIAP, the president of AIEFA and the curator of the exhibition presented the context in which the International Exhibition was organized and deeply regretted the fact that from the 8th edition the creations of the photographers from Ukraine are missing! "Today we open an art exhibition in which the authors of the images are rewarded instead of prizes and medals, with flowers and the spring thoughts of visitors," said Ștefan Tóth István AFIAP, ESFIAP. Mrs. Dr. Eng. Patricia Maria Știrbu, honorary member of AIEFA and president of Summit Agro Romania, greeted those present physically and online at the opening of the international exhibition and spoke about the universal symbols that unite us, as art unites us and helps us communicate beyond language or ethnic barriers: the symbol of spring, a holiday for farmers and for all of us, on the occasion of the rebirth of nature, as well as the symbol of mother and child, representing hope for a better future and the guarantee that that future will exist. "Unfortunately, in these times, the mother and the child have become a symbol of tragedy and war, through their tearful image. Summit Agro supports the efforts to help refugees in Ukraine, trying to bring back their light and smile on their faces, to become a symbol of hope again, in a better future. Also out of the desire to give hope and joy, the Summit Agro company supported this cultural gesture occasioned by the photographers, in the year that marks 25 years since the company was founded in Romania. We look responsibly and confidently to the next 25 years and promise that we will continue to innovate and be close to our partners and the cultural environment, to continue to bring light and smiles on the faces of women and children, "said Dr. Eng. . Special Photographic exhibition from Cegled (HU)

The “Euro Foto Art” Gallery in Oradea is hosting, starting with June 15 2016, a valuable photographic exhibition from Hungary. This time, on the walls of the gallery, a total of 45 large photographs are put up for display, all taken by Apáti Tóth Sándor from Cegléd (HU). The artist was born on August 8 1948, in the city he currently resides in. He grew up among photographers and photography and he started taking his own pictures at the age of six. He begun participating with his works at the age of 13 in his first national photography salon. At the age of maturity, his photographs were exhibited in galleries in Tokyo, Brussels, Paris, Bordeaux or London. He is the founder of the Young Photographers’ Studio and is a member of the Hungarian Art Photographers’ Association as well as the National Union of Hungarian Artists. (Magyar Alkotóművészek Országos Egyesülete). With his works, he has organized until today over 60 exhibitions and over 10.000 of his creations were published by differend printing houses. Since he was 20, he has been a freelance photographer. During 1991-1995, he has been the coordinator of the Cegled television station. Today, together with his son, he owns and operates a private publishing house. About the successful exhibition presented in January 2015 at the headquarters of the Architecture Center in Budapest (FUGA), the artist stated the following: “ I began my career as photographer with great and hones beliefs. I saw dumb attitudes and anger from people across the world, which I wanted to change. I have not given up on my ideas, but in the latter stages of my road, I had to be thankful with the opportunity of presenting my works to the public, and in doing so – I give them the chance to know my struggles – Atlantis has succumbed to a world of stories and treasures. Away from life on Earth, my memories from “the dive” irresistibly find a way out of me and are transformed into a cycle. These images do not want to change anybody, only to leave a positive mark. In the best case, there will be a bit of sadness, which leaves a small amount of pain in us, because each of us will have to leave… Atlantis. In the opinion of the literature critic Szilagyi Marton, the photographs of Apati Toth Sandor are pursuing something that crosses the border of photographic art. The stake of this experiment is transforming an invisible world, with the help of a make-believe visual spectacle. The opening of the exhibition took place Wednesday, June 15 2016, with the participation of the artist, his wife and a great public, in the Euro Foto Art Gallery. His works were presented by Ramona Novicov - art critic- and personal impressions were presented by Szűcs László - publicist from Oradea.
